BIG-H AUTO RECYCLERS LLC is an Auto recyclers that deal in all kinds of Auto parts to our esteem customers nationwide. We buy all type of junked vehicles to recycles for all kinds of auto parts. We are looking to hire a book keeper for easy record and vehicle inspection of junked vehicle from our customers.
We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper with a minimum of 1 year of experience with Quickbooks, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, 1099's and any other simple office tasks.
*Proficient in Quickbooks / Journal entries
*Data entry experience preferred
*Proficient in Microsoft Office / Responding to emails
*Preparation of Custom Invoices
*Reconciliation of accounts along with company reconciliations
*Good phone skills, mature individual, professionalism, and integrity
*Ability to multi-task and complete assignments within the deadline
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
