Job Description:
Friendly with smiling face, well groomed and team player
Handle guest, group and airlines check-in/ check-out
Provide various information to the guests regarding hotel service
Co-operates and communicates with other departments
Requirement:
At least 1 year of experience in the field is preferred, with less experience will also be considered
Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Willing to work on shift hours
Fresh graduate will also be considered
Immediately available is highly preferred
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Front Desk Officer.
