We currently have a vacancy for a casual barista/all-rounder at our Spotswood store (full time or part time role will be considered for the right candidate).
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attending to customers
- Making coffees and deli rolls
- Performing opening and closing procedures, including dialling in the coffee machine
- Food preparation and assisting with ordering
- Regular cleaning of the store-front
We are looking for an experienced candidate who is enthusiastic and looking for a challenge in a fast-paced environment.
The successful applicant must have:
- Extensive experience working in a faced past environment with food and coffee
- Strong knowledge of coffee and deli roll ingredients
- An ability to work quickly and communicate clearly under pressure
- The ability to work autonomously during quiet periods and as part of a team during busy periods
- Strong attention to detail and take pride in serving quality as well as personal presentation
- Have a positive can do attitude and pride themselves on excellent customer service
- Be available to work Monday to Saturday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, however flexibility as to days and times may be available
