Working as a Administrative Officer, you will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Your work responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Help tax consultant to revise the document before sending to clients- General secretary work e.g., invoicing record, EL, new codes updating to the team
- Managing filing and folder/ cabinet system
- Managing team petty cash reimbursement process and preparing record/ supporting documents for reimbursement
- Monitoring/ updating/ maintaining any relevant databases (daily/ weekly basis)
- All other admin matters that need to coordinate with central tax team or firm-wide admin team (e.g., new year card, staff party , updating client mailing database, etc.) and other admin support function
Requirements
A few years of experience in administration and/or secretarial Support.- Bachelor degree in related field; Business Administration, Customer services or other related
- Skills in taking minutes of meeting
- Ability to communicate in English is preferred
- Good command of Microsoft programs, especially MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
