This position is responsible to provide customer service, service information and resolving problems for shoppers, members and merchants at DPMM. 1) Member Recruitment • Encourage new memberships sign up by promoting at strategic locations in the mall. • To recruit DPMM members based on set KPI. • Update of members information in membership database. • Assist new member enrollment and issue memberships cards. 2) Customer Relationship • Maintain customer relationship by providing program and service information, attend to inquiries. • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the members and merchants complaints; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction; and following up to ensure resolution. • Maintains members’ complaints records by updating information in the database. 3) Operations Planning & Management • Counter weekly inventory. • Prepare, compile and submit weekly reports. • Campaign Management. • Assist in monthly promotion campaign. • Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time. Requirement: • Candidates must possess at least a SPM/STPM /Diploma in any field. • Required skill(s): Like to work with people, Provide customer service, and communication Skill. • Minimum 1 year of experiences in Customer Service will be an added advantage. • Willing to work shift hours between 10am to 10pm, 6 days a week. • Applicants must be willing to work in Melaka. • Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply. • Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin.
