Our colleagues in Denmark are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our sales team in our brand new office in Brøndby.
As we’re putting our hearts and souls into the future of food we’ll be looking at you to build a strong and sustainable relationship to ensure a profitable development of all Kellogg brands as well as to achieve annual customer goals by implementing agreed actions and marketing strategies. Both our Kellogg´s cereal and our beloved Pringles needs your passion!

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Setting annual targets at client level (NSV, GP,NSV/kg)
  • Implementation of marketing and client plans
  • Work closely with the RGM, Sales Finance, Demand Planner and the rest of the KAM team
  • Take responsibility for both medium and big sized clients
  • Improve customer relations and build sales for the entire Kellogg range of products
  • Execute annual negotiations and optimize output
  • Accurately reflect customer planning in all aspects in our trade system K-tie
  • Monitor competitors' activities and take action if necessary
  • Possibility to be a people manager role for 1-2 persons
  • Reporting AND working closely to our Country manager


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Minimum 3-5 years of KAM experience in FMCG environment. Knowledge and experience in FMCG Danish retail structure
  • Good retail management and communication/presentation skills. Customer orientation and rapport
  • Basic knowledge of volume / sales planning
  • High results orientation, focus on delivering quarterly results, organizing to win
  • High level of flexibility, teamwork, self-starter and effective/efficient work style
  • Fluent in Danish and English ( located in Denmark)
  • Good with the Office package
  • Driving license and experience
