We are seeking highly motivated marketing representatives to promote Bell telecom services in the Greater Montreal area. As a neighbourhood marketing representative, you will engage with customers in person, using creativity and communications skills to inform them about our client’s innovative products and services, all while actively promoting very attractive offers. What we offer:

• Guaranteed minimum wage for the first 3 months is $20/hour. Thereafter, a base salary of $16.25/hour + commissions (current average compensation is $65,000 with commissions - up to $130 per unit sold).
• Fully paid training and coaching program; you must be available full-time for training

Responsibilities:

What will your days look like?

• You will use your planning skills to stake out your territory and achieve your marketing campaign objectives in a spirit of healthy competition, in harmony with the directives of your marketing manager
• You will reconnect with your potential customers by informing them about our client’s products and services, and you will be able to interact dynamically to meet their needs and promote Bell's excellent offerings
• You will contribute to your success by ensuring customer satisfaction and keeping accurate records of your business activities
• You will be the primary actor in achieving your marketing objectives and will be rewarded for it
• You will experience the dynamics of a rewarding working relationship by participating in marketing meetings and training sessions to stay current on products and marketing techniques

Qualifications:

What you need to succeed:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous marketing experience is preferred; experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) tool is an asset
• Clean criminal record; a background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process
• Demonstrated communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• An entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Perseverance in the face of rejection
• You are an outdoors person, totally at ease in dealing with a variety of weather conditions
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m.
• Ideally, you have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must live in the Greater Montreal Area (including the North and South shores).
