This Department Manager position is a 6-month contract at 38,25 hours/week. The work shifts are varied and can be scheduled during the day and evening on weekdays and weekends.
As a department manager at H&M, you spend 80 percent of the time where everything happens - on the store floor. You know how important it is to listen to the team's ideas and help them develop their skills so that you can achieve brilliant sales figures. You plan upcoming campaigns and sales activities when you are not working with your team.
As a department manager, you train and develop members of your team and organize your department to achieve your goals. You appreciate the high pace, and with your positive attitude, you are good at handling challenges and finding solutions. To succeed in the role, we see that you have training experience in leadership and similar tasks from leadership and have worked with similar tasks before. In addition to this, you master Swedish or English.
