About the role:
Be part of a high performing, customer centric team within Global Business Services (GBS) providing one or more business services to Boston Scientific. Ensures consistency with global processes and maximizes operational efficiency.
This opportunity will make you a part of Boston Scientific internship program that offers on-the-job training or project performed by university senior students at a company. The internship period will be for a period of up to 6 months and the student will receive a subsidy during their period on the company.
You're Responsibilities include:
- Point of contact for internal & external customer queries and issues.
- Helpdesk for T&E related questions across Concur, Citibank, and Oversight.
- Able to manage meetings so that users end the meeting feeling supported and that the issue is either solved or in process to be solved.
- Resolve phone and email queries / issues timely while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Able to meet customer expectations within SLA
- Solves problems for customers (internal and external)
- Is able to root cause problems to identify solutions and explain to the customer what are the options available.
- Knows, understand and follows policies and procedures.
- Knows and understand the travel & expense process (T&E)
- Partner across TE service lines to root cause, resolve and mitigate
What we're looking for
- Academic background: Administration or finances.
- Active student certification.
- At least 80% of the career approved (Bachelor´s or Licentiate degree).
- English level: Strong
- Portuguese (optional)
